The Friends will:

The Friends respect the privacy of our supporters and will only collect and store the minimum amount of personal data required to carry out the aims of the Charity and to comply with our statutory and legal responsibilities.

Any information you do submit will be kept in the strictest confidence. The Friends will not use personal data for any other purpose, nor share personal data with any other individual or company.

If you wish to join the Friends, your name, address and contact details will be added to our database. We will use this information to communicate with you about your annual donations, upcoming events and other Friends related business. We are happy to remove you from our database at any time upon request.
